We offer the following through our website:

Sale of Pokémon cards
Sale of 3D printed items
Card grading submission services (submitted to PSA on behalf of customers)
3D printer usage services

All items and services are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities or refuse service at our discretion.

2. Pricing and Payments

All prices are listed in CAD and are subject to change without notice. Full payment must be made before any product is shipped or service is rendered. Deposits for services are non-refundable.

3. Refunds and Returns

We do not offer refunds on:

Pokémon cards
3D printed items
Any services
Down payments or deposits for services

All sales are final. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

4. Shipping Policy

All orders are shipped via Canada Post. Once a package is handed over to Canada Post, we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or undelivered items. Tracking information will be provided when available.

5. PSA Grading Submission Services

By using our PSA submission service:

You authorize us to submit your cards to PSA on your behalf.

We are not responsible for delays, damages, or grading outcomes once your cards are in PSA’s possession.

You are responsible for all grading fees, shipping costs, and any applicable insurance.

You accept all risks associated with third-party grading services.

6. 3D Printer Usage

If you are using our 3D printer services:

You must provide proper design files (e.g., STL or 3MF format).
We are not responsible for errors due to file design.
We reserve the right to refuse any print job for inappropriate or prohibited content.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including logos, images, and product descriptions, is the property of Kanto Kreations or its licensors and is fan made. You may not reproduce or distribute any content without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

We shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website, products, or services. All products and services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
